1. General
What is your admission price?
Daily Admission:
Adults and children under 1 are free.
Open Play is $5
We also have special admission prices on holidays and for other events. Please check our calendar.
If you need to take your children and leave, we will stamp their hand and you may re-enter during that day’s open play time!
What ages are allowed during Open Play?
At Forest Jumps, your child's safety is our first concern. Because of this our inflatable area is open for ages 11 and under only. The arcade is open for all ages during open play or party times.
Can adults bounce?
Yes, but only when escorting very young children on the bouncers. This means that if you have a small child (under age 2) and they need help on jump, then you may carefully accompany them. This does NOT mean that if you brought a young child that you are allowed to jump freely as a participant. Unfortunately, because of the size difference, well-meaning adults can actually injure children.
2. Reservations
How early should I reserve my party?
As soon as possible! The sooner you reserve your party, the greater your chance of reserving the exact date and time you want. Please check our calendar for availability.
Note: we cannot guarantee your reservation until you have made your deposit.
How do I book a party?
You can call or visit Forest Jumps to discuss your needs and we will do our best to help you pick the perfect party package. All party reservations require a non-refundable deposit ($25 for Open Play/$100 for Private Parties) to hold the date & time. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes are allowed as long as other times are available, and as long as the changes are made 8 or more days before your event.
If you change your party within 7 days of your event, then it is considered a cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit. This includes last minute cancellations due to illness. While we understand that illnesses happen, we hope that you understand that we have held your party time, and often turned others away who would have liked that same slot. By changing your date at the last minute (as with an illness) we cannot re-book that time slot, and you will forfeit your deposit.
What is provided with my party?
Package details are located on our Party Package page. If you do not find an option to suit your needs, please call and we will do our best to accommodate your special requests.
3. Party Guests
Can children over the age of 11 bounce at a private party?
Yes. This is your private function and these are your children. We trust that you will use discretion when allowing mixed ages to play together. We reserve the right to ask older children to leave the jump area if we feel they could injure themselves or others.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?
Please, please remember that this is also someone else’s special party day. Everyone, including the host family, should arrive no more than 10-15 minutes before the scheduled party time. And when your party is through, please be courteous to the next guests by leaving no later than 15 minutes after your party is through.
Are my guests required to sign a waiver?
A waiver must be completed for each child attending your party. No one is allowed in the bouncing arena without a signed waiver.
We are sorry, but no waiver…no jumping…no exceptions
What should the kids wear?
Socks are required for every person who plays on the inflatables. If someone forgets their socks, don’t worry, we sell socks at our front desk for $1. We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc) for more effective sliding. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables should not be worn.
4. Food and Decorations
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You may bring in your own food, but remember that kids, food and bouncing can equal upset tummies, so, we encourage you to keep it simple. We do not allow any food to be brought in that needs to be heated/reheated. We also have snacks and drinks for purchase.
What decorations may we bring?
You are free to bring in hats, noise makers or other items that can be taken home (or easily cleaned up). Please remember that these items are NOT allowed in the jump rooms. Parents, please do not add chewing gum to your party bags. Chewing gum is not allowed at Forest Jumps! We often have other parties scheduled after yours, so silly string, confetti, piñatas, bubbles, and streamers are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed for these types of decorations.
